SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products.

Orders placed in the UK will be shipped with Royal Mail, using the Signed for/ Tracked service.

All other international shipping will be provided by UPS, using the International Signed For service or with Royal Mail International on the Signed for/ Tracked Service

For larger items, such as furniture, we will be using a designated art courier- Aardvark, within the UK or Ebbis, internationally.

All items shipped from our studio will be tracked, signed for and dispatched on the dates stipulated on the listing.

Empire Chairs and The Sofa will take longer as bespoke crates will need to be constructed.

Shipping to USA

We ship to the USA using FedEx, UPS, and Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged at cost. Please note that shipping costs have increased significantly since the introduction of the Trump Tariffs.

Upon delivery, you may be required to pay import duties to your local state. Unfortunately, we are unable to include these fees in your order total in advance.

All packages are dispatched with a signature requirement, so please ensure the shipping address provided is one where someone will be available to sign for the delivery.

Orders outside the UK are dispatched within a couple of days, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery due to additional customs checks.

RETURNS POLICY

We do not accept returns on vault items unless falsely advertised. All faults will be mentioned in the product descriptions.
